I’m probably not reading it right but here goes….

An accounting of what was doled out to the widow, 4 sons, 4 daughters, cost of care of orphan children to guardians, and expenses.

Since this group of papers seems to center mostly around Outwaters, his name (the deceased) very well may be Derrick C. Outwater.
